Carolina Theatre

The city-owned Carolina Theatre's Fletcher Hall, restored to its 1926 Beaux-arts glory, has 1,016 seats. It's been fifteen years since Durham's last remaining historic theatre got a new lease on life. Our cultural jewel was saved, fully restored and reopened to the delight of her fans and admirers.

The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion

The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek is an outdoor amphitheatre in Raleigh, North Carolina that specializes in hosting large concerts. The amphitheatre is part of a 77-acre complex located on the west bank of Walnut Creek, southeast of Raleigh near the I-40/US 64/I-440 (Beltline) interchange. It was built by the City of Raleigh with private sector participation at a cost of $13.5 million and opened in 1991; the inaugural act was The Connells. Seating capacity is about 6,847, of which about half are under cover; the open lawn can accommodate another 13,653.

RBC Center

The RBC Center is home to the 2006 NHL Stanley Cup Champions Carolina Hurricanes and NC State University Men’s Basketball.

Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts

The Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts is the main venue for the performing arts in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Raleigh Memorial Auditorium replaced the 1912 City Auditorium.

Memyandi Concert Hall, which seats 1,700 in the classic shoebox configuration, is the home of the North Carolina Symphony.

Fletcher Opera Theater seats 600 providing a more intimate space for chamber music, solo performances, and other ensemble productions.

Seating 170, the Kennedy Theater provides a 40 x 60 foot black-box experimental theater setting.

Lichtin Plaza is a two-acre feature fronting the Progress Energy Center. It serves as a venue for festivals, gatherings, and tented social functions.

Charlie Goodnights Comedy Club

On the street level is our nationally recognized Comedy Club. The finest comedy talent in the country from star to rising star performs each week at Goodnight's Comedy Club. Such notables as Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Chris Rock, Dennis Miller, Drew Carey, Ray Romano, Kevin James, Ellen Degeneres and even Robin Williams have graced the
Goodnight's Stage.

Koka Booth Amphitheatre

Welcome to the Booth Amphitheatre, where enjoyment is as much about atmosphere and the environment as it is about the entertainment. Booth Amphitheatre is unlike any other venue in the area. Located among 14 acres of stately hardwoods and pines and beautifully situated next to Symphony Lake, our park has been described as truly magnificent! With the capacity for 7,000 people, patrons can enjoy a seat on our spacious lawn or specially designed crescent deck.

WakeMed Soccer Park

WakeMed Soccer Park is home to the Carolina RailHawks of the USL First Division and the Cary Clarets in the USL Premier Development League. The North Carolina State Wolfpack men's and women's teams of the ACC play select matches there and the complex regularly hosts major tournaments such as the NCAA College Cup, the ACC Soccer Championships, and the NCHSAA high school state soccer finals.
